You do have a lot of items installed items in the report which Unfortunately I'm not a macOS software expert, but this is the best I can gather from the logs. Perhaps the Parallels VM or the OS within that VM has a problem?
Chromium based browsers are notorious for using lots of system resources which means working the computer hard which uses power and battery. You have two Chromium based browsers installed.Google Chrome and MS Edge browsers. Has anyone found a solution? I also have the same problem.
